We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect with everything close by, including a great restaurant in the rooftop area. The service was top-notch, particularly with room amenities and housekeeping. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition with a sauna, swimming pool and massage available. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.
We highly recommend staying at this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is ideally located close to everything you need for a great stay. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views and the staff are friendly and polite. The commercial area is easily accessible and the Carlton Tower is just a short distance away. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathroom facilities are satisfactory. The breakfast provided is basic but acceptable. the location and service make this hotel a good choice for a stay.
One negative aspect is that the hotel requires guests to pay a deposit in advance, which can be inconvenient.

Great location near Baniyas Metro Station and attractions like gold and spice souks. Spacious apartment with stunning views of Dubai skyscrapers and creek. Friendly staff offered a free upgrade and late check-in. Room was tastefully decorated and had all necessary amenities. a wonderful stay for families and friends.

We were actually surprised by the fine view from our room at Carlton Dubai Creek. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff, particularly Monica, were really good too ensure we had a great stay. The location was convenient and the room service was prompt. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with well-maintained rooms and regular cleaning. The facilities, such as the spacious room with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchenette, were great for self-sufficiency. The hotel's location in the commercial area made it close to everything, providing easy access to activities. The rooftop restaurant had friendly staff, with Adel standing out for his helpfulness and great hospitality. the buffet-style breakfast offered a variety of tasty options that changed each day.
